We recently caught up with Hannah after High Art 2022 to learn more about her most recent inspirations:
-
Where do you find your creative inspiration?
Through other artists! I’m addicted to looking at other artists work online. It always influences me to create and improve my own work.
-
What role does an artist have in society?
Art offers a different way to communicate to people. It’s important to communicate concepts with more then just words.
-
What is your artistic outlook on life?
A world with no art would be so boring.
-
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Don’t be so hard on yourself and just keep practicing. There is no such thing as perfection.
-
Do you listen to music while you are creating? If yes, tell us your favorite song and artist.
Metallica- Harvester of Sorrow
-
What's the best thing about being an artist?
It’s really fun to look back on old work and see how you’ve progressed and changed as an artist. There is no end! Artists learn and grow until we die.
-
What is your dream project?
I would love to go crazy on a big, colourful mural! And just make it as weird and fun as possible.
