High Art products are produced upon request, therefore please allow 7 - 14 business days for your item to be processed and fulfilled by our production team. Please note that these timelines are not concrete and you may incur delays that are beyond our control (weather, pandemic, etc).

Products shipped within the US:
For international orders, please note the following delivery times: economy (5-10 days) or no rush (10-20 business days). Unfortunately, products cannot be shipped to Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea at this time. This may change depending on world events.

Lost / Stolen Packages:
If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we've got your back! We'll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.
