High Artist Spotlight: Jeanette Messano
Jeanette Messano is an artist in Western Colorado. She is a mother of three, a gardener, a self-employed housekeeper, a blogger, an artist, a YouTube producer, a graphic/web designer, a permaculture designer and a lover of nature.

Q: Where do you find your creative inspiration?
A: "Meditation"

Q: Why do you do what you do?
A: "I just do"

Q: What art/artist do you most identify with?
A: "I am a huge fan of screen printed concert poster art."

Q: What role does an artist have in society?
A: "Without art, there is no society. The same creativity that creates the ideas for my drawings on paper is the creativity that strikes inspiration in inventors or architects, etc. We just express it differently."

Q: What is your artistic outlook on life?
A: "It's all pretty interesting to me."

Q: What advice would you give your younger self?
A: "Don't work at Burger King. Take a job at the pizza place instead."
