Q: Where do you find your creative inspiration?

A: "From the people and cultures past and present who have made their own marks on Earth in architecture, design, pattern and artwork."

Q: Why do you do what you do?

A: "I couldn’t do anything else!"

A: "I love eastern woodblock prints, old master paintings anf comic book art."

Q: What role does an artist have in society?

A: "It’s often a hidden role, but whether it’s designing a building, or inspiring someone else’s invention, art is crucial to our evolution."

Q: What is your artistic outlook on life?

A: "Make work all the time."

Q: What advice would you give to your younger self?

A: "Keep making work and trust in the process. Get into comics earlier!"
