High Artist Spotlight: Mayessa Tabernilla
Mayessa is an artist based in Laguna, Philippines. Her major was Visual Communication in her completed Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. After the pandemic, she returned to traditional painting with paint and canvas, having started her profession in 2016 as a digital artist and graphic designer for different customers in the virtual assistant employer. Realism, Art Deco, Surrealism, Impressionism, Expressionism, Japanese Art, and the majority of Art Nouveau are the art trends that often impacted her works. Being aesthetically inspired by nature, different kinds of ornament are sometimes present in her works. Creating imagery, portraits, and landscapes of creations and their beauty, expressing faith in all circumstances—good or bad—in life.
