High Artist Spotlight: Peter Isedeh

Peter Ngozi Isedeh, is a self-taught freelance digital artist from Nigeria.  He mostly e making art with cultural and fantasy themes that are story-driving. He takes a lot of inspiration from cultures, folklore, and traditions across Africa for my art pieces.

He always likes to create a sense of awe and wonder in his art, like a dreamy fantastical world you can get lost within.  For the most part, he works in digital format but sometimes s traditionally with a sketchpad and pencil when he just wants to relax and doodle and get ideas down quickly.

When he gets an idea for a piece first thing he does is to create a mood board which is pretty much common practice, a bunch of references for outfits, environments, anatomy, etc and he always has music on Tailored to the type of art he is working on, you know like an epic soundtrack playlist for an illustration about an epic battle, it sort of puts him in the zone. In summary, love to create art that resonates with people.
